1. What are the minimum building sq/ft?
    A: 1800 Sq/ft On water 1400 for off water

2. What amenities are there?
    A: A private gated boat ramp for lot owners to use, perimeter fencing, Sidewalk community, extra large bay front/view lots!

3. How deep is the canal?
    A: Water is usually around 3 feet depending on the tide!

4. What are the HOA dues?
    A: Dues are $500 annually, and books will be managed by committee of lot/home owners.

5. Are Short Term and Long Term Rentals allowed?
    Yes!

6. Are detached garages allowed
    A: Yes, the entire front must match the house- stucco, hardi, stone, and wainscot of 3 feet on sides.

7. Construction rules?
    A: All plans must be reviewed by architectural control committee. One year from start to finish. Lots must commence construction by year 3.
